Our Journey
Established in 2017, Bluecrest HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd brings a 15-year legacy to the forefront of HR innovation. Our story started with Buzz Corporate Services in 2004, focusing on Staffing and Selection. In 2010, we embarked on a new journey with New Horizon Search Services. In 2018, we merged both entities, giving birth to Bluecrest.
Our base is a sprawling 1700 sq. ft. facility in Thane, complemented by a dynamic branch in Pune. Our diverse team boasts a wealth of experience spanning various sectors. We have also forged partnerships with 200+ national and international clients. Membership in the Executive Recruiters Association underlines our commitment to professionalism.
Projects and Services
Bluecrest HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd thrives on complex projects and end-to-end HR solutions. We offer expertise in Staffing (both IT and non-IT), Selection, Executive Search, Payroll Management, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. Notable successes include an RPO project recruiting over 1000 engineers for India’s largest conglomerate and simplifying the hiring process for sales candidates relocating to Mumbai, with branches reaching Pune and Kolkata.
