Sundaram Ramaswamy popularly known as “Rama” was heading Customer Service & Quality in DHL Express when I quit DHL and founded Buzz Corporate Services. When he got to know that I had started a new venture into Sourcing and Staffing , he immediately called me and expressed the desire to work together and thus DHL Express became our 1 st client. Rama was confident that we would source and staff people with the right profile on our rolls. Eventually this became a Talent Pool for DHL Express to absorb the performers on their payrolls.

Mohammad Khutubuddin
More known as just Khutub to all, he was in a senior profile in the DHL Express team. Khutub had seen us working to ensure that we paid salary on time, solved all employee grievances within a TAT. When he joined Reliance Life Insurance, within a few months I got a call from him asking if we would like to start work for them. In a span of two years we became one of the biggest staffing partner for Reliance Life Insurance even opening an office in Kolkata to support them in the East. We are still assisting all our ex- employees with their PF withdrawal forms on a pan India basis.

Aspi Wadia
I got to know Aspi when I worked with DHL as he was our Wholeseller Partner. He was in touch with me after I started Buzz Corporate Services and called me for a breakfast meeting at the ITC Grand Maratha Hotel with two French nationals. Thus we signed up Thomson Networks and worked with them for around 7 plus years. Aspi got us KKR too and we were able to close a senior position with them.

Rajesh Vaidya
Rajesh Vaidya was heading HR for Infomedia India and was doing sales interviews in Nashik when he called up to say that our candidates had done a “no show”. I promised him a line up the next day in which he found some benchmark candidates. We did not look back after that and Infomedia became our largest client and we their preferred partner.
