We conduct a business meeting at the beginning of the month, wherein a talent acquisition strategy and targets are discussed among the team members. This is further reviewed on a weekly basis to check progress of various assignments handled by the Team.

We have a healthy and friendly work environment. Each new member of Blue Crest family goes through a proper induction program. We conduct internal training programs on all Saturdays.

There are rewards for key performers like Employee of the Year award (EOY), incentives schemes, performance appraisal after 6 months for new joinees, and thereafter a yearly appraisal.
